Winder has been active in multiple fields of Real Estate since 2017. Winder began his career as a first-year, capping agent for Keller Williams Realty. In August of 2018, Winder then left Keller Williams to join Black Anchor Real Estate & Development. From 2018-2020, Winder helped build Black Anchor a $30,000,000 portfolio of luxury, new construction speculation homes to be sold throughout Greater Boston. Winder resigned from Black Anchor in July of 2020 to become the founder of Winder Realty and Winder Capital.Winder Capital is an investment firm that partners with accredited real estate investors, builders, and developers on current and future projects.
