Tyler Waller joined the Phoenix, Arizona office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) in August 2018. As an advisor of capital markets with MMCC, Mr. Waller is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for a variety of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, seniors housing, self-storage, construction, land and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private funds and bridge lenders. He specializes in the origination and placement of entire "capital stacks" including senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity and joint-venture equity financing for clients across the country. Mr. Waller is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Eller School of Business.
