Tyler Sinks is senior vice president of Multifamily Investment Sales in Northmarq’s San Diego office. He has more than a decade of multifamily experience, advising clients on all aspects of multifamily investments, including acquisition, development, financing, operations and dispositions. Prior to joining Northmarq in 2024, Tyler was a senior director at Berkadia, where he closed more than $5 billion of multifamily transactions. He and his team are recognized as perennial top producing multifamily brokers in Southern California. Tyler began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in multi-tenant and corporate headquarter office leasing and oversaw approximately 2.1 million square feet of corporate office space. Tyler received his bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College, where he was a three-time All-American and a four-time national champion on the college’s varsity sailing team.
