Tyler Minix, is a director with Newmark based in the Boca Raton office where he focuses on multifamily brokerage, investment sales and land sales primarily in South and Southwest Florida. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Minix was a principal at Apartment Realty Services. While there he oversaw multifamily investment sales for the state of Florida and earned CoStar’s 2017 Power Broker Award. Tyler earned a Master of Science degree in real estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.
