His focus was on office occupier advisory services, representing the needs of local, regional, and institutional clients across South Florida and ensuring their real estate is aligned with and contributing to the overall goals for the business. Before his tenure at Colliers, Tyler was an office occupier advisor at CBRE, concentrating exclusively on office tenant representation.
A South Florida native, de la Peña possesses a deep understanding of the region’s unique real estate market dynamics.
