Tyler Anderson is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 10 years of experience. He is responsible for the evaluation, planning, and execution of shopping center and outparcel asset dispositions. In addition, Tyler assists with implementing the Big V Income Fund’s acquisition and investment strategy. Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Tyler was an investment sales broker at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in retail property disposition throughout the Southeast. He has amassed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions, representing a diverse range of clients from small private equity firms to large institutions. Tyler earned his BBA in Management and MBA from Georgia College & State University and currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and 2 sons. Born and raised in the city, he is a lifelong Atlanta sports fan and enjoys catching games, traveling, and cooking in his spare time.
