Troy Sanders was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He relocated in 2015 to attend college at the University of North Texas, graduating in 2018 with a Bachelors in Business Integrative Studies with focuses in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Before joining Wellington Realty’s Investment Sales Team, Troy worked with multifamily owners to increase NOI on assets in the DFW market by reducing utility expenses at Save Water Co. Troy brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a dedicated work ethic, and strong analytic skills to the Wellington Realty team. His role includes business development, market research, and transaction management.
