Troy is a partner at Structure Commercial, is a designated CCIM member specializing in project leasing, tenant representation, and the acquisition and disposition of retail centers and investment properties throughout Texas. His focus is also on turning around under-performing centers and pad site development with a number of specialized clients.
Prior to joining Structure Commercial in 2007, he started his real estate career with Henry S. Miller Commercial out of the Arlington office. As a native of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Troy has extensive knowledge of the all DFW submarkets. He's been instrumental in growing Structure Commercial to become one of the top retail brokerage firms in the Metroplex and currently oversees the marketing and leasing of over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate.
Troy earned his CCIM designation in 2015, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM).
