Tristen is an emerging, young-leader in the San Diego commercial real estate arena with a passion and focus in real estate advisory services for early stage and growth-oriented life science and technology companies. Tristen joins the Kidder Mathews Life Science Advisory Team alongside John Hundley and Jon Engle, and will expand and serve the team through targeted marketing, business development efforts, and in depth market, financial, and risk analysis and client support throughout San Diego and the West Coast markets. Prior to joining the firm, Tristen worked at Newmark Knight Frank as part of a top producing Corporate Tenant Advisory Services team. He focused on consulting with private and public companies to maximize the value of corporate real estate. Tristen also maintains professional experience in financial and investment analysis, having worked in real estate investment sales at Walker and Dunlop.
