Trevor leads NorthMarq’s Investment Sales business, which started in 2018 and now offers services across the U.S. from nearly 20 markets. He is responsible for growing the platform to nearly $7 billion in transaction volume and more than 100 brokers and support staff, collaborating with debt and equity producers to bring innovative capital approaches for clients. In addition to leading the day-to-day operations and the continued Investment Sales expansion, he leads the industry’s first Built-to-Rent team, and NorthMarq’s specialty practice for Institutional Advisory.
With more than 20 years as an investment advisor, multifamily broker, and CRE expert, Trevor brings deep insights to NorthMarq’s clients, offering perspectives for investment sales opportunities, and raising equity for new construction and value-add multifamily projects across the county.
