Trevor E. Damyan is the Founder and President of California Loan Servicing LLC, based in Los Angeles, CA. He leads a team that provides debt and equity nationwide with a focus on the Southern California market. CLS has nearly a decade of experience financing commercial real estate within the middle-market space for both development and stabilized properties. We are experts at facilitating 1031-exchanges for clients, helping them move capital across the nation by identifying and financing net-leased properties. With access to life insurance companies, debt funds, banks, and credit unions, we can identify a capital market resource that best aligns with the investment strategy of our clients. Prior to founding CLS, Trevor previously worked at CBRE Debt & Structured Finance, Marcus Millichap Capital Corporation, Genesis Capital, and Slatt Capital. CLS has been growing our book of business annually, originating between 250-400MM per year with an average deal size of 12MM across an array of product types nationwide.
