About
Trent J. Thoms is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Industrial and Land Services Divisions and brings 20 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining CBRE in 2009, Mr. Thoms worked in commercial real estate in Honolulu for seven years. Trent received his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and worked for then Senate Majority leader Tom Daschle in Washington, D.C. He then went on to work in the commercial real estate finance industry in New York City for one of the top commercial mortgage brokerage companies in the U.S. while attending New York University's Real Estate Institute and earning a graduate degree in real estate. Upon returning to Hawaii, Trent obtained his M.B.A. at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
