Trent is a Managing Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and in his current capacity in the Investment Sales Group, Trent co-heads the industrial group nationally and is responsible for industrial sales on behalf of private and institutional clients in the Southwest U.S. Over the course of his career, Trent has been involved in closing more than $6.5 billion in transactions. Prior to starting at HFF in 2007, Trent had a three-month internship with the Global Services group in Trammell Crow’s Houston office and was named Outstanding Finance Student at Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.
