Travis Austin is a Senior Associate in the Houston office of Marcus & Millichap with over seven years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Austin is responsible for the development and presentation of valuation models, strategic leadership, analyst mentorship, and driving new business development. Since 2012, Mr. Austin has invested in multiple local Houston real estate assets while providing real estate consultation services including valuations, feasibility studies, and litigation support for a variety of clients.
Prior to Mr. Austin’s career in the Multi Housing Advisory, he was an Associate in Valuation Advisory with Jones Lang LaSalle where he provided consultation services for institutions, government agencies, legal counsel, banks, local developers, and private equity firms. With a focus on multi-housing assets, his expertise spans a diverse array of property types including commercial office space, industrial, self-storage, and institutional grade assets. While at JLL, he served as a member of the National Multi-Housing and National Self-Storage teams from 2018-2020 and attained Top Achiever Awards in both 2018 & 2019.
