Jennifer Campbell joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2023, expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily practice in Houston. As an Executive Managing Director, she will be responsible for Class A and B multifamily investment sales throughout the Houston metro area. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jennifer worked at Institutional Property Advisors where she led the company’s multifamily efforts for the Houston market and during her career has closed more than $5 billion in sales, representing over 30,000 units in multifamily transactions across the state of Texas. She currently is active with Urban Land Institute and is pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
