Tony Kaufmann is a Production Associate in Gantry’s San Francisco office. Since joining Gantry in March 2018, Tony has closed over $150MM in unique commercial real estate finance transactions. These transactions are spread across the United States and range from fixed-rate permanent financing to highly structured debt. He has strong relations with a substantial network of capital sources and closely works with them to deliver optimal financing solutions for his clients. These capital sources include life insurance companies, banks, Wall Street conduits, and debt funds. Before joining Gantry, Tony worked in finance and obtained his GSRE (Series 7) license. He is a member of several professional organizations, including NAIOP and ULI, and is an active member of San Francisco’s Jewish community.
