Tony Georgiev serves as managing director within the capital markets’ tri-state region and the national loan sales for Newmark. He oversees the development and implementation of the marketing campaigns and strategies of each advisory assignment. Mr. Georgiev manages the development and implementation of the marketing, research, asset/portfolio positioning, client reporting and financial analysis. His underwriting and creative marketing skills play a vital role for the successful execution of each transaction. His 21 years of experience in loan, REO and investment sales has afforded him great success. He has been involved in over $30 billion of valuation and sales transactions to date. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Georgiev was a member of Helios Capital Advisors and Trammell Crow Company where he utilized his marketing and financial skills set on various local and national accounts.
