Tony D’Ambrosio is a real estate professional with more than twenty years of experience. At Big V Property Group, Tony maximizes investor results through investment property acquisition and disposition. As Vice President of Dispositions, he leads a team in executing the successful marketing and sale of shopping centers and outparcels. As the General Manager of the Big V Income Fund, he assists in acquiring and building a resilient portfolio of net lease assets in the Sun Belt. Prior to Joining Big V, Tony was Senior Vice President and Principal in Colliers International's Atlanta office, where he led a team in completing over 150 shopping center sale transactions across the Southeastern US on behalf of publicly traded REITs, institutions, developers, and private investors. Earlier in his career, Tony co-founded St. James Capital, a private investment firm for which he acquired real estate projects and operating companies across the Southeast, Texas, California, and Vancouver.
