I am responsible for the origination and analysis of transactions, preparation of investment packages, and the timely closing and processing of commercial real estate loans. I have daily contact with various capital sources, including life insurance companies and commercial banks, and thoroughly understand the due diligence process of each investor type. I originate acquisition and refinance loans secured by multifamily, industrial, office and retail properties for my clients. My mission is to be a dynamic partner and add value to borrowers by working with them, understanding their objectives, and sourcing attractive financing that meets those objectives. I am an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the NAIOP Developing Leaders, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Real Estate Alumni Association (UWREAA). I am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Minnesota.
