Tony joined CBRE in 2024 as Executive Vice President, specializing in leasing industrial and logistics properties within Contra Costa, Solano and Napa counties, representing landlords, tenants, owner/users and institutional investors. Mr. Binswanger has been involved in over $1.5 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions since 2008. Previously, he was Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and held brokerage positions at Cassidy Turley and Colliers. He is a fourth-generation resident of Contra Costa County and is a board member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Northern California Chapter. He was the top producer in Cushman’s Walnut Creek office in 2023 and was a top 100 industrial producer nationally in 2020.
