Tom is a vice president in Northmarq's San Francisco office. He is responsible for placing both debt and equity for his clients with a focus on multifamily financing through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. During his career at Northmarq he has assisted with closing approximately $2 billion in debt and equity transactions covering the full spectrum of lender and product types.
Tom is an active member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association, Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the UC Berkeley Real Estate Club. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Tom was born and raised in Novato and currently resides in San Francisco.
