Mr. Turner is a licensed real estate broker and specializes in helping law, accounting, insurance and other professional service firms, technology, biotech and healthcare companies and a wide variety of real estate users negotiate advantageous space transactions. He also assists owners and investors in a wide variety of property types. In addition, Mr. Turner has significant experience representing public entities in large consulting and public private partnership projects, locally and around the country. He has negotiated major ground lease transactions for such entities as the cities of Annapolis, MD and Miami, FL, and North County Transit District in San Diego, CA. Mr. Turner also consults for the University of California, the Port of San Diego and the Tennessee Valley Authority. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Turner was an award winning commercial real estate attorney at Procopio Cory Hargreaves & Savitch.
