Thomas Traynor is a Vice Chairman in Debt & Structured Finance at CBRE focusing on institutional debt advisory, with specific expertise in originating, structuring and negotiating large commercial real estate finance transactions.
His performance demonstrates a deep and broad command of commercial real estate financing. Since joining CBRE in July of 2016, Tom has arranged more than $15 billion in large fixed- and floating-rate financing transactions ranging from single assets to large portfolios. To date, Tom has originated more than $41 billion in commercial real estate loans throughout the United States, spanning all property types.
Prior to CBRE, Tom had an impressive 19-year career with Deutsche Bank, where he rose to Managing Director within commercial real estate loan origination and capital markets.
