Peter Griesinger is a Director on CBRE’s Global Institutional Debt Advisor Group, co-led by Tom Traynor and Tom Rugg. Since 2016, this team has successfully arranged over $57 billion in financing transactions across all asset classes, encompassing large single assets and diverse portfolios. Before joining CBRE, Peter spent more than 12 years at Newmark as a Senior Managing Director within their multifamily capital markets division. Throughout his career, Peter has directly contributed to the origination and execution of over $18 billion in multifamily loans nationally.
