Tom O'Brien has dedicated the majority of his 19-year career in commercial real estate to the sale of investment real estate. He has sold nearly $3 billion of real estate during that time, representing both institutional clients and private investors. In 1992, Mr. O’Brien joined Trammell Crow Company and shortly thereafter moved to The Shelard Group to focus on investment sale brokerage. In 1997, he joined forces with Terry Kingston as a principal with First Capital LLC. Today, he is widely recognized as one of the top investment professionals in the Twin Cities. Throughout his career, Mr. O’Brien has had the opportunity to represent such prominent clients as Opus, Duke Realty Corp., Equity Office Properties, First Industrial, GE Capital, ING Clarion, Invesco, Principal Capital Management, Prudential, The RREEF Funds, Trizec, and Zeller Holdings Corp.
