Tom began his career as an asset management analyst in Manhattan, NY where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of a national hospitality portfolio. While at this position he gained extensive knowledge in market research, financial modeling, and property valuation. During his time at Capstone he has aided in the analysis and valuation of more than $750 million in conventional, affordable, and student multi-family assets as well as manufactured housing communities. Tom has been able to grow and develop his skills as a real estate professional through his extensive exposure to the intricacies of the industry. He possesses a wealth of enthusiasm, strong work ethic, capable analytical capabilities, and proven communication skills which have helped foster his professional development.
Tom earned degrees in Marketing and Real Estate from Florida State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Society for Real Estate Professionals, and serves on the Alumni Board for Sigma Phi Epsilon at Florida State University. Currently, Tom lives in Tampa, and enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
