Over 32 years in commercial real estate specializing in industrial sales and leasing. Began my career in 1987 representing local Tenants in the Palm Beach County office market with Cushman and Wakefield of Florida then in 1994, with a C&W partner formed Commercial Florida Realty Partners, a full-service realty firm involved with all aspects of commercial real estate. Commercial Florida was acquired in 1999 by Grubb & Ellis where I continued my practice until joining Butters Construction & Development in 2001, representing over 4 million square feet of existing institutional product and personally responsible for any new industrial and office construction projects Butters planned in Broward and Palm Beach County. Over the years I have represented a mix of Landlord agency assignments and tenant representations on behalf of Morgan Stanley, KTR Capital, Prologis, Reef Funds, The East Group, Cabot Industrial Trust, Teachers Insurance and Annuity, AMB Property Corporation, Principal Life Insurance Company and owner user, tenant representations for Rexall Sundown Vitamins, Sensormatic Corporation, North American Biologicals, Mitel Corporation, Sony Corporation, and Federal Express.
