About
Tom Fish, Managing Director, is based in Houston, Texas and is responsible for securing financing for owners and developers of all commercial real estate asset classes. Mr. Fish has been in the commercial real estate finance industry for over 30 years, and has extensive experience structuring and arranging debt, joint equity ventures, participating debt, as well as other structured finance transactions. He has been involved with numerous to-be-built developments as well as dispositions of institutional quality real estate. His transaction experience spans major, secondary, and tertiary markets throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Fish served as Executive Managing Director and co-leader of the Capital Markets Finance practice of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) from 2010 to 2019. In this role, Mr. Fish was responsible for growing the platform and originating debt for projects and clients throughout the country.
