Tom is responsible for the leasing activities on the entire CapRock portfolio. His 19 years in the real estate industry have focused on leasing and asset management of retail shopping centers throughout the greater Chicagoland area. Tom earned a degree in Business at Hope College and holds the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
