Tom joined JLL as a Senior Vice President, National Director in January 2011. His 35-years of experience in the Long Island commercial real estate market has guided him in leading the firm’s local industrial team. With a focus on sales and leasing of industrial properties, he has completed in excess of 20 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions on behalf of landlords, investors, and occupiers. Among his clients are local, national, and Fortune 500 companies including Time Equities, Inc., The Luxottica Group, Maurice Villency, Inc., and Restaurant Depot. Tom is the only broker in the history of Long Island’s “Most Ingenious Deal of The Year Award” to be a three-time recipient. The first award was given to him for the sale of the former Northrop Grumman headquarters facility in Holtsville, NY to Symbol Technologies, Inc. (now Zebra Technologies), the second for the sale of the 179,000 SF former Bristol Myers Squibb facility in Garden City, N.Y., and most recently for the sale of the 186,000 SF former Newsday plant in Melville, which is now the site of a 260-unit senior condo development.
