Todd specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial commercial properties in the San Francisco East Bay area, including Oakland, Hayward, San Leandro, Union City, Fremont, and Richmond.
Over the past 23 years, Todd has been involved in over $1 billion worth of transactions representing tenants and landlords. In addition, Todd has worked on several ground up developments for industrial business parks.
Todd graduated from Oregon State University in 1980 with a B.S. degree in Social Science and Marketing.
