Todd’s mission statement for his real estate practice is to create beauty and value in client’s lives through hard work and elevating thoughtful solutions that provide optionality. This mission statement flows from two themes central to Todd’s life: Relationships and Delivering Excellent Results. Todd credits having spent 15 years at brokerage firm Cornerstone|Cushman & Wakefield, which affiliated with Avison Young in 2016, as being foundational to his real estate career. There, Todd enjoyed the tutelage of long time Nashville CRE Veterans, Buist Richardson, Art McWilliams & Don Albright, among others. During his tenure, Todd consistently finished in Avison Young’s Global Circle of Excellence and received a number of awards including Deal Maker of the Year (2021) from the Nashville Business Journal. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Todd obtained his Series 7 and 63 Licenses. Additionally, Todd worked with the Southwestern Company, one of Nashville’s oldest companies for five years.
