Todd Korren is a Principal in Avison Young’s New York City office. Korren brings more than three decades of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. He has been involved in the real estate and construction industries for over 32 years and is known for his hands-on client involvement, creativity and long-term relationships. He has negotiated over 1,450 leases ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 265,000 square feet representing 7.5 million square feet; participated in over 45 acquisitions and dispositions valued at over $2.4 billion; and supervised over 420 interior construction and new development projects.
