Todd Johnson, Managing Director, is based out of New Orleans, Louisiana and is a member of Walker & Dunlop’s Structured Finance Team. Mr. Johnson is responsible for sourcing and placing structured finance capital for multifamily assets nationwide. Mr. Johnson brings over 12 years of industry experience with a primary focus on structuring institutional joint venture equity and preferred equity on behalf of multifamily owners, operators, and developers across the country. Mr. Johnson arranges financing on both a deal-by-deal and programmatic basis for property owners and developers with institutional equity investors who share the same objectives. Mr. Johnson consistently transacts with some of the largest and most respected LP investors in marketplace, including Starwood Capital, Investcorp, The Carlyle Group, Dome Equities, Alliance Bernstein, Canyon Partners, and DRA Advisors.
