About

Todd Hershman serves as a Director in Newmark’s New York headquarters. A New York native, Hershman focuses on representing tenants in their leasing of office properties throughout the city. He previously worked for two years at Grubb & Ellis, now a part of Newmark, where he was a member of the National Healthcare Practice Group and the Education Practice Group. Hershman began his real estate career at Bloom Real Estate Group, a boutique firm, immediately after graduating college. He has major areas of specialty in office leasing and industrial leasing. On the tenant representation side, as well as a wealth of experience advising schools and academic institutions along with non profits on their real estate strategies.
