Tim Southard serves as Executive Vice President at CBRE Hotels. Previously, he was based in Atlanta as a pension fund consultant for LCG Associates, one of the nation’s largest independent investment consulting firms. Before being hired by LCG, Tim was the senior portfolio manager for ADAM Investment Company, an Atlanta-based money management firm with over $1 billion in assets. He began his career with The Prudential Insurance Company of America, with positions as a real estate and corporate credit analyst. Since 2000, Tim has partnered with Bob Webster to exclusively represent clients in the sale and financing of more than 250 hotels totaling more than $20 billion.
