A resident of Naples since 1986, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Florida State University. He has been a full-time Realtor since 1998 in the Naples luxury real estate market with emphasis on Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples and Royal Harbor real estate. Tim was the first Realtor in Aqualane Shores to break $3m, $4m, $5m, $6m and $10m for sales of new construction product and has also sold close to $500m in waterfront property in Port Royal. In July, 2015, Tim brokered a record-setting, highest ever sale price for a single-family home on a single lot in Aqualane Shores. Tim is a second-generation Realtor, his dad Pete is lead Broker for GCIP, and has been in real estate since 1969.
