Tim began his commercial real estate career in 2000. Tim has represented users and investors of office, industrial, medical, and land in a wide array of real estate transactions and has built a solid foundation of clients through his tenant and buyer advisory services. Tim has a long record of successfully guiding local and national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset repositions, and dispositions. Tim has a strong base of loyal and repeat clients and has facilitated hundreds of lease transactions and over $300 million in purchase transactions. Tim is attentive to every detail including strategic planning, space utilization, transaction management, and financial structuring. Tim and his wife Kerry have two active teenage boys who keep them busy. In the summer Tim has a passion for the game of golf, fitness and the outdoors.
