Tim has risen through the ranks in his 16 years at CBRE, becoming the youngest Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Cincinnati office. Tim’s niche is in the local market data of tracking available properties, lease comps, off market opportunities, upcoming new construction, and sale pricing to help tenant/occupiers understand current conditions and dynamics at play. Tim has partnered with Mike Lowe, Doug Whitten, Jeremy Kraus, Chris Carey and Nick Greiwe since 2005 and their team has been a recognized market leader completing over 1,500 transactions, valued at over $5 billion. Prior to joining CBRE, Tim attended Elder High School and played basketball collegiately at Miami University. Tim and his wife Julie reside on Cincinnati’s westside with their four daughters.
