Timothy Mattingly, president, has 25 years of industry experience in investment management and commercial real estate lending. During this time, he has been responsible for co-managing the commercial mortgage loan program for a Midwest-based insurance company and originating commercial real estate financings for our 20+ correspondent lenders. His experience encompasses all aspects of the capital stack, including first mortgage debt, mezzanine debt and equity.
