Tim Kilkelly is a Principal with Foundry Commercial, providing both strategic and tactical advisory services relative to office and industrial occupiers of commercial real estate. As a founding Principal of Foundry, Tim brings over 26 years and over 40 million square feet of commercial real estate experience to Foundry Commercial specializing in site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, build-to-suit, and dispositions of excess corporate real estate. This expertise allows him to represent a variety of corporate clients throughout local markets as well as on a national basis. Our corporate advisory services team consisting of Tim along with Jimmy Johnson, Katie Trott and Jas Reber formed nearly 20 years ago are recognized as leaders in the commercial real estate industry. Tim has been a guest column writer for notable publications as well as speaking on numerous real estate panels. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Tim served on the corporate advisory services team as a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company, where the team consistently held a top-producing position.
