Tim Henson, Partner with Venture Commercial, has spent over 25 years in the commercial real estate market, servicing both landlords and tenants with multiple product types including power centers, malls, urban retail, factory outlets and lifestyle centers. Tim has worked in 23 states and Puerto Rico and has leased over five million square feet of retail space. He offers valuable experience and retail knowledge to his clients every day. Tim has been responsible for development and leasing of a portfolio that exceeded five million square feet and understands the challenges and opportunities in both public and private companies. In addition, he has provided asset management, leasing and strategic guidance as part of his services. He will not only represent the landlord’s interest, but will become part of the ownership’s team.
