Tim Harrington joined MacKenzie’s retail team in 2020. He brings a solutions-oriented and data-driven approach to his advisory role. He has already gained extensive experience working with national, regional, and local retailers expanding in the DMV. Tim excels in detailed communication, lease negotiations, site selection, and multi-market strategy. His expertise is particularly strong in restaurant and food-related landlord and tenant representation in Greater Baltimore, where he actively seeks new opportunities to deliver value. Prior to commercial real estate, Tim spent a decade in Los Angeles in the live entertainment industry. During this time, he performed and produced stand-up comedy shows, worked in event sales and promotion at Live Nation, and represented touring artists at ETP Agency. A Baltimore native and graduate of Loyola Blakefield and Colgate University, Tim was a Division I college athlete.
