With more than 31 years of real estate experience, Tim Farley’s success in both tenant and landlord representation provides his clients with a unique perspective in the marketplace. Mr. Farley joined Cassidy Turley in 2011, and uses his experience and market knowledge to add value to his clients by lowering occupancy costs, improving quality, and diminishing risk. Mr. Farley joined Carter in 1993, building his track record of staying fully engaged throughout the leasing process, from the needs analysis to contract negotiations and tenant build-out. He is passionate about collaborating with his client’s to create sound long-term strategy for their real estate needs. Tim’s areas of expertise include negotiation strategies, financial analysis, strategic marketing plans, documentation management, lease negotiations and multimarket transaction management. Prior to joining Carter, Mr. Farley was a broker with The Farley Company/ONCOR in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr. Farley started his real estate career with Helmsley Spear in Northern New Jersey.
