Chairman and CEO of Monarch Quantum, where we focus on building the team, culture, and systems required to deliver world-class quantum photonics engines to our customers. We work hard to ensure our people have everything they need to do exceptional work, serve our customers with integrity, and turn ambitious ideas into reliable, scalable solutions. My graduate work was in Physics and EE from SDSU and Stanford and I have had more than 25 years of experience commercializing advanced photonics systems. Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of co-founding and achieving exits for companies that translated cutting-edge science into impactful real-world technology, including New Focus and Daylight Solutions, where we helped pioneer and scale laser platforms into a variety of large markets in telecom and aerospace and defense.
