About

Thomas Wayda joined Greystone in 2022 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s New York City office. He is responsible for debt placement where he helps arrange commercial real estate financing for Greystone’s clients. Over the course of his career, Mr. Wayda has negotiated more than $5 billion in financing for a broad array of property types, with a focus on structured debt and equity investments for transitional business plans. Prior to joining Greystone, Thomas served as a Senior Vice President at Meridian Capital Group where he structured financing for institutional-quality commercial real estate. His experience also includes time on the Capital Markets team at Starwood Property Trust, a division of Starwood Capital Group, as well as the Real Estate Capital Markets group at Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Wayda holds a B.A. in Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
