A vice president in Transwestern’s New York office, Thomas provides occupier and agency services for tenants and landlords in Manhattan, the Bronx and Brooklyn. Thomas focuses predominantly on the nonprofit, financial services and technology sectors, bringing a critical level of real estate expertise to clients in these growth areas in New York City. He has counseled a wide range of occupier clients, including Goodwill Industries, Sheltering Arms, Zeta Charter Schools, NS1, Bustle Digital Group, and iMentor, as well as owners such as AEW Capital Management, Kamber Management and Paramount Leasehold. Prior to Transwestern, Thomas was a senior associate at Avison Young. In 2015, he was honored by the firm with the New York “Young Gun of the Year” award, given in recognition of production and commitment to the Avison Young culture.
