About
Tom is a Senior Director in Gantry’s Upstate New York office. Since 2003, he has originated over $1BB in transactions, working directly with correspondent life insurance companies, agency lenders, regional financial sources, and Wall Street conduit lenders. Tom has experience providing financing for all commercial real estate and multifamily asset types. Prior to joining Gantry, Tom was part of the Rose Hill Group team that merged with the firm in 2019. He has experience working at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, M&T Bank, and Marine Midland in various roles related to underwriting and lending for commercial real estate applications. Tom is a graduate of Canisius University where he earned both a BS in Marketing and Management and an MBA in Finance. He is an appointed member of the New York State Board of Real Estate where he is the sole Western New York board member, shaping legislation for real estate professionals across the state.
