As Managing Partner of Redwood Realty Advisors, Thomas McConnell, CCIM is responsible for the growth and strategic oversight of the firm. He also oversees all multifamily advisory and brokerage activity in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Tom has more than 15 years of real estate experience and is frequently called upon to share his professional insight. He has been a guest lecturer at New York University, a guest columnist for industry publications and an expert court witness in real estate related cases. Last year, he was recognized by Real Estate Forum magazine as one of New Jersey's "Top Brokers". Additionally, Tom led a team that was recognized by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal as transacting the "Largest Multi-family Sale" in New Jersey. Prior to joining Redwood Realty Advisors Tom was Vice President and Director of Marcus & Millichap's National Multi Housing Group.
In his free time, Tom enjoys competing in Ironman triathlons and volunteering with several different organizations.
