Thomas, who goes by T., specializes in investment sales and advisory of net-leased properties and multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the United States. He maintains a high level of control and service throughout the transaction process, from the initial underwriting and creation of the pricing strategy to closing the deal. Prior to joining Colliers, T. was a member of the National Retail Group and Director of Net-Leased Properties at Marcus & Millichap. The Ladt | Patel team has collectively sold over $2.5 billion in transaction volume in over 40 states. He is originally from Kentucky, spent a number of years in Connecticut and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. While at USD, he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and a two-year captain.
